Refund and Returns Policy

At Nand Pharmacy, we strive to ensure you receive the right medication in perfect condition. However, if there is an issue with your order, here is how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 3–7 days of delivery if:

• Wrong Product: You received a medicine or product different from what you ordered.
• Damaged/Defective: The product packaging is damaged, leaking, or tampered with upon arrival.
• Expired: The product delivered is past its expiry date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations in India, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened Items: Any medicine strip, bottle, or tube that has been opened or used.
• Cold Chain Products: Temperature-sensitive items (like certain injections or vaccines) cannot be returned once they leave our controlled environment.
• Hygiene Products: Personal care items, masks, and surgical goods.
• Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns if you no longer need the medicine or if your doctor changed the prescription after purchase.

3. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure:

• The product is in its original packaging with the price tags and labels intact.
• The original invoice (bill) is provided.
• The batch number on the product matches the one on your invoice.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition:

• Verification: Our pharmacists will inspect the product within 48 hours.
• Approval: If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card).
• Timeline: It usually takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policy.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once the order is out for delivery or has been dispatched via courier, it cannot be cancelled.

6. How to Initiate a Return

If you have received a wrong or damaged item, please:

1. Take a clear photo of the product and the bill.
