You can browse our website, add medicines or healthcare products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. For prescription medicines, you will be prompted to upload a valid prescription.
Absolutely. Nand Pharmacy only sources products from licensed manufacturers and authorized distributors. Every product comes with a valid tax invoice.
If an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately. You can choose to wait for a restock, opt for a government-approved high-quality substitute (with your consent), or receive a full refund.
Under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act of India, certain medicines (Schedule H & H1) cannot be sold without a valid prescription from a Registered Medical Practitioner. This is for your safety.
A valid prescription must clearly show:
Doctor’s Name and Registration Number.
Patient’s Name.
Date of the prescription (should not be expired).
Dosage and duration of the medicine.
We only provide substitutes if they have the exact same active ingredients (salt) and strength, and only if you explicitly confirm the change. We recommend consulting your doctor before switching brands.
Local (within Aligarh): Usually same-day or within 24 hours.
Other Cities: 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Returns are accepted within 3-7 days only if the product is damaged, expired, or the wrong item was sent. To maintain safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened strips or temperature-sensitive medicines (vaccines/injections).
We accept all major UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
Yes. We use industry-standard encrypted payment gateways. Nand Pharmacy does not store your card or bank details.
